Operational Instrumentation Sample Clauses
The Operational Instrumentation clause defines the requirements and standards for monitoring, measuring, and reporting the performance and functioning of a system or service. Typically, this clause outlines the types of data that must be collected, such as uptime, error rates, or usage statistics, and may specify the tools or methods to be used for instrumentation. By establishing clear expectations for operational monitoring, this clause ensures transparency, facilitates troubleshooting, and helps both parties maintain service quality and compliance.
