Common use of Operational Lock-Up Clause in Contracts

Operational Lock-Up. Following the occurrence of a Borrowing Base Deficiency, all amounts deposited in the Collection Accounts shall be retained therein, no withdrawals may be made therefrom except in accordance with Section 7.13 and, at the election of the Majority Lenders, all amounts in the Collection Accounts may be applied on behalf of the Borrowers to make a mandatory prepayment of the Loans pursuant to Section 2.5(b).
