Common use of Operational Permits Clause in Contracts

Operational Permits. Sublessee, prior to the Commencement Date, shall obtain and thereafter continuously maintain in full force and effect for the Term of this Sublease or any extension thereof, at no cost or expense to Sublessor, any and all approvals, licenses, or permits required by any lawful authority as of the Commencement Date or imposed thereafter, for the use of Sublease Premises, including but not limited to business licenses.
