Operational Phase. During the Operations Phase, Design Builder shall: 1. Provide assistance in connection with the start-up, testing, refining and adjusting of any equipment or system. 2. Assist Owner in training staff to operate and maintain the Project. 3. Assist Owner in developing systems and procedures for control of the operation and maintenance of and record keeping for the Project.
