Operational Plan. The Procuring entity requires that the services under the Invitation for Tenders shall be performed at the time specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Tenders offering to perform longer than the procuring entity’s required delivery time will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.

Operational Plan. The proposal submitted in response to the ITB or RFP (if applicable) as finally negotiated and attached as Exhibit A of this AGREEMENT becomes the Operational Plan by which the VENDOR will be audited. (THIS CLAUSE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CONTRACTS OVER $100,000 UNLESS VENDOR HAS BEEN CERTIFIED AS A SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER.)
Operational Plan. It is presumed that a Responding Agency’s aid and assistance shall be given for an initial minimum period of twelve (12) hours. Thereafter, assistance shall be extended as the Responding Agency and Requesting Agency shall agree. The twelve (12) hour period shall start when the aid and assistance departs from Responding Agency’s location with the intent of going to Requesting Agency’s location. The aid and assistance shall end when it returns to Responding Agency’s location with the understanding between the Responding Agency and Requesting Agency that provision of aid and assistance is complete. Responding Agency may recall its aid and assistance at any time at its sole discretion. Responding Agency shall make a good faith effort to give the Requesting Agency as much advance notice of the recall as is practical under the circumstances.

Operational Plan. For each operational activity, the Agency shall draw up an operational plan in accordance with Articles 38 and 74 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1896. This operational plan shall be agreed upon between the Agency and the Republic of North Macedonia and shall be binding on the Agency, the Republic of North Macedonia and the participating Member States. The operational plan shall set out in detail the organisational and procedural aspects of the operational activity, including: a description of the situation, with modus operandi and objectives of the deployment, including the operational aim; the estimated time that the operational activity is expected to last in order to achieve its objectives; the operational area; a description of the tasks, including those requiring executive powers, responsibilities, including with regard to the respect for fundamental rights and data protection requirements, and special instructions for the teams, including on permissible consultation of databases and permissible service weapons, ammunition and equipment in the Republic of North Macedonia; the composition of the border management team as well as the deployment of other relevant staff/ the presence of other members of the Agency’s statutory staff, including fundamental rights monitors; command and control provisions, including the names and ranks of the border guards or other relevant staff of the Republic of North Macedonia responsible for cooperating with the team members and the Agency, in particular the names and ranks of those border guards or other relevant staff who are in command during the period of deployment, and the place of the team members in the chain of command; the technical equipment to be deployed during the operational activity, including specific requirements such as conditions for use, requested crew, transport and other logistics, and financial provisions; detailed provisions on immediate incident reporting by the Agency to the management board and to relevant authorities of the participating Member States and of the Republic of North Macedonia of any incident encountered in the course of an operational activity performed under this Agreement; a reporting and evaluation scheme containing benchmarks for the evaluation report, including with regard to the protection of fundamental rights, and final date of submission of the final evaluation report; [Intentionally left blank]; the terms of cooperation with Union bodies, offices and agencies other than the A...
Operational Plan. An Operational Plan, that has the agreement of the Member State or Member States bordering the operational area, shall be agreed between the Agency and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia for each joint operation or rapid border intervention. The plan shall set out in detail the organisation and procedural aspects of the joint operation or rapid border intervention, including a description and an assessment of the situation, with modus operandi, the operational aim and objectives, the type of technical equipment to be deployed, the implementation plan, the cooperation with other third countries, other Union Agencies and bodies or international organisations, the provisions in respect of fundamental rights including personal data protection, the foreseeable duration of the action, the geographical area where the action will take place, a description of the tasks, responsibilities, including the respect for fundamental rights, and special instructions for the members of the team, as well as permissible consultation of databases and permissible use of service weapons, ammunition and equipment in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the composition of the members of the teams, as well as the deployment of other relevant staff, command and control provisions, including the names and ranks of the border guards of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia responsible for cooperating with the Agency team members, in particular the names and ranks of the border guards of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia who are in command during the period of deployment of the members of the team on the territory of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and the place of the members of the team in the chain of command, the type of the technical equipment which will be used; the coordination, command, control, communication and reporting structure, the organisational arrangements and logistics, the evaluation and the financial aspects of the joint operation or rapid border intervention. The evaluation of the joint operation or of the rapid border intervention shall be conducted jointly by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and by the Agency.

Operational Plan. 1. A joint operational plan shall be agreed between the Agency and the Republic of Serbia for each joint operation or rapid border intervention. The European Commission shall ensure that the Article 54(3) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1624 of the European Parliament and of the Council1 is respected. 2. The joint operational plan shall set out in detail the organisation and procedural aspects of the joint operation or rapid border intervention, including a description and an assessment of the situation, the operational aim and objectives, type of technical equipment to be deployed, the implementation plan, the cooperation with other third countries, other Agencies and bodies of the European Union or international organisations, the provisions in respect of fundamental rights including personal data protection, the coordination, command, control, communication and reporting structure, the organisational arrangements and logistics, the evaluation and the financial aspects of the joint operation or rapid border intervention.
