Operational Safety. The Transportation Provider shall ensure that drivers adhere to the following:
A. If a driver should need to call their base using a cell phone, the vehicle must be stopped in a safe location to allow for safe usage (dialing, etc.). Drivers must NEVER text message while they have Consumers on board.
B. No eating or drinking is allowed in the vehicle while any Consumer is in the vehicle (this also applies to the driver).
C. The doors of the vehicle are closed and locked while the vehicle is in motion (except for the rear emergency door of vehicles which must remain unlocked in transit);
D. No fueling of the vehicle is conducted while Consumers are on board.
E. All vehicles used to transport Consumers must be smoke free and no driver may smoke on the grounds of the Facility, Residence or Day Care Facility.
F. Only the driver shall occupy the driver’s seat.
G. Shut off the vehicle and remove the keys when not occupying the driver’s seat (not applicable for vehicles when operating hydraulic lift).
H. No pushing a vehicle with their vehicle or allowing the vehicle to be pushed while a Consumer is located in either vehicle.
I. Operate vehicles at all times in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
J. No personal stops while transporting HST Consumers, unless specifically authorized.
K. No headphones (including Bluetooth or any other type of wireless phone headset) while on duty; and
L. No firearms, alcoholic beverages, unauthorized controlled substances or highly combustible materials (other than oxygen tanks required by Consumers) shall be transported in the vehicle.
Operational Safety. The report should address issues related to the impact that the proposed project will have on normal airport operations. Concerns regarding phasing and sequencing of work should be addressed. Possible runway shutdowns and threshold displacement should be identified.
Operational Safety. In the interest of safety at its several generation stations, Employer agrees to make the following assignments or install the following equipment:
(a) When it is necessary to replace brushes at all Chugach power plants while the generation equipment is operating, no employee will be required to do so while alone on the premises.
(b) Rubber mats will be installed at all places within power stations where reasonably necessary to safety, which will include in front of all generator panels.
(c) Buzzer-type alarm systems will be installed in those power stations where the Employer finds their installation reasonably necessary to safety. If one-man shifts are utilized at Chugach generating facilities, an alarm system will be installed at each such station which will alert, as necessary, the dispatcher on duty at Employer’s Power Dispatch Center.
(d) Portable communication devices for the safety of the employees at Beluga will be provided.
(e) The Employer agrees to update all safety equipment on a scheduled basis, and set up a procedure for reporting safety complaints with a time limit of five (5) working days for corrective action.
Operational Safety. 1. Each Party may request consultations at any time concerning the safety standards maintained by the other Party in areas related to aeronautical facilities, flight crew, aircraft and the operation of aircraft. Such consultations shall take place within thirty (30) days of that request to the aeronautical authority.
2. If, after such consultations, one Party finds that the other Party does not effectively maintain and administer safety standards in the areas referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article that meet the Standards established at that time pursuant to the Convention, the other Party shall be informed of such findings and of the steps considered necessary to conform with the ICAO Standards. The other Party shall then take appropriate corrective action within an agreed time period.
3. Pursuant to Article 16 of the Convention, it is further agreed that, any aircraft operated by, or on behalf of an airline of one Party, on service to or from the territory of another state, may, while within the territory of the other Party be the subject of a search by the authorized representatives of the other Party, provided this does not cause unreasonable delay in the operation of the aircraft. Notwithstanding the obligations mentioned in Article 33 of the Convention, the purpose of this search is to verify the validity of the relevant aircraft documentation, the licensing of its crew, and that the aircraft equipment and the condition of the aircraft conform to the Standards established at that time pursuant to the Convention.
4. When urgent action is essential to ensure the safety of an airline operation, each Party reserves the right to immediately suspend or vary the operating authorization of an airline of the other Party.
5. Any action by one Party in accordance with paragraph 4 of this Article shall be discontinued once the basis for the taking of the action ceases to exist.
Operational Safety. 4 Developer shall prove successful completion of roadway worker training courses by all 5 personnel entering UPRR right-of-way. Developer shall ensure that all personnel working within 6 UPRR right-of-way comply with roadway worker training courses requirements and the railroad 7 requirements regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and Work within UPRR right-of- 8 way. 9
Operational Safety. No employee shall be required to operate a vehicle or piece of equipment which is deemed to be unsafe. Vehicles will comply with appropriate N.J. of Motor Vehicles codes and equipment and will comply with appropriate OSHA regulations.

Developer shall ensure that all personnel working within 32 UPRR right-of-way comply with roadway worker training courses requirements and the railroad 33 requirements regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and Work within the UPRR right- 34 of-way. 35 436.4 SUBMITTALS 36 Table 436-3 reflects a nonexclusive list of Submittals identified in Section DR 436 of the TPs 37 and is not intended to be an all-inclusive or exhaustive listing of Submittals. Developer shall 38 determine and submit all Submittals as required by the Contract Documents, Governmental 39 Approvals, and Governmental Entities. Unless otherwise indicated, Developer shall submit all 40 Submittals in both electronic format and hardcopy format. At a minimum and unless otherwise 41 specified in the Contract Documents, Developer shall submit the following to ADOT in the 42 formats described in Section GP 110.10.2.1.1 of the TPs:

1. If the tree cannot be safely cut or does not need to be cut-leave it. Saw only if safe.
2. Sawyers should not operate outside of their comfort zone and shall not operate outside of qualifications.

4. Do not engage in saw operations when working alone except in emergencies. Follow guidelines as outlined in FSH 6709.11 22.
Operational Safety. We have regulated and documented measures in place to ensure the proper and secure op- eration of information and data processing facilities. These include, among other things, control in the event of a change to the information processing facilities, as well as control and regular measurement of our capacities and resources to ensure the availability of the required system performance. For example, the following values are monitored on an ongoing basis: • Hard disk status and available memory • Raid status • Services and status of all virtual machines • Incorrect login attempts • Memory allocation of the storages and main memory • Ethernet utilization in Kbit/s and Mbit/s • Number of RDP sessions of the individual terminal servers • Throughput and utilization of the firewall • Accessibility of all servers from outside • Accessibility and throughput of the switches We have implemented and documented a secure data backup procedure. Standard maintenance windows are defined. Any additional windows required are announced at least 10 days in advance. In our company, it is essential to separate development, test and operating environments, so we pay particular attention to this. Measures for the detection, prevention and recovery of malware have been taken and are updated regularly. We have a centrally monitored and protected event logging system and have taken measures to protect privacy in the event that sensitive personal data is stored. All logging facilities and log information, including administrators and user logs, are protected against manipulation and unauthorized access. Our clocks are synchronized centrally with a single reference time source. We have a centralized procedure for the controlled installation of software on systems in our company. We have a list of our technical assets and a regulated, documented procedure in the event of a technical vulnerability, which includes our patch management with defined responsibilities. We have implemented regulations for the restrictions of software installations centrally. In the event of an audit of our information systems, we have defined measures to minimize disruptions to business processes as far as possible.
Operational Safety. Customer agrees to provide immediate notice to Bigbelly with respect to any damage or other event which causes the Equipment to pose a public safety issue or create unsafe operating conditions and Customer shall take prompt action if necessary, to eliminate such public or operator safety issues. Customer will promptly service or replace any Equipment that Customer has identified as causing a public safety issue or creating unsafe operating conditions. If after applying commercially reasonable efforts, Customer cannot resolve the issue, Customer will contact Bigbelly Customer Service and Bigbelly will resolve the issue at Bigbelly’s expense, unless unsafe operating condition is due to losses described in Section 5.2.
