Common use of Operational Status Clause in Contracts

Operational Status. Lessee shall notify Lessor of any changes or modifications to Lessee’s operational status. If Lessee sells the aircraft, the Lessor must be notified in writing within ten (10) days of the sale, and Lessee has sixty (60) days in which to replace said aircraft. One thirty (30) day extension may be allowed, if requested in writing from Lessee.
