OPERATIONG AGREEMENTS. From and after the Closing, the Purchaser (New Pacific Ventures, Inc.), shall operate as follows: 9.6.1 The name of the Purchaser may be changed to a name mutually agreed to by its Shareholders. 9.6.2 Tatonka Oil and Gas Company, Inc., shall operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Purchaser.
