Operations and Maintenance Work Standards. The Lessee shall carry out the Operations and Maintenance Work in accordance with (i) Best Management Practice, (ii) the requirements, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the other Project Documents, all Applicable Laws and Applicable Standards, and (iii) the requirements, terms and conditions set forth in all Governmental Approvals.
