Operations; Compliance with Standards and Law. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Supplier shall operate each Approved Plant (and all other facilities that manufacture Product which are approved by Buyer) and manufacture Product in accordance with good manufacturing practices and manufacture and supply Product in accordance with the recipes, formulas, processes, and Product specifications (including as to Vendors) established by Buyer and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, statutes, ordinances, regulations, orders and bylaws.
