OPERATIONS ENGINEERING. Operations Engineering survey teams are available, at no charge to Airline, to make surveys of Airline maintenance and operating procedures as mutually agreed by Airline and CFMI. These survey teams will be able to provide service to all Airlines operating CFM56 Engines. This group will include experienced operations engineers who will be available for flying jump-seat on CFM56-powered aircraft, and discussing operating procedures with the crews.

OPERATIONS ENGINEERING. 4. The Management Committee shall determine whether a Business Plan will be prepared by the Executive Director on a quarterly or semiannual basis. At least fifteen (15) days prior to' the first Management Committee meeting of each quarter or half-year as determined by the Management Committee, at which such Business Plan will be considered, the Executive Director shall prepare and distribute for the consideration and approval of the Management committee a Business Plan for the next quarter or half-year, as applicable. The Business Plan shall be approved by unanimous vote of the Management Committee. The Executive Director without the prior unanimous vote of the Management Committee shall make no material changes or departures from any item in the Business Plan. The Executive Director or Treasurer, or his designee, shall report to the Management Committee during the same meeting on the Business Plan, the current and/or forecasted financial status of the Partnership funds and Financing.   • Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.

  • Reverse Engineering The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the object code version of the Computer Program without the prior written approval of the Licensor.

  • No Reverse Engineering Licensee may utilize and study the design, performance and operation of Xbox solely for the purposes of developing the Software Title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code. In addition to any other rights and remedies that Microsoft may have under the circumstances, Licensee shall be required in all cases to pay royalties to Microsoft in accordance with Section 6 below with respect to any games or other products that are developed, marketed or distributed by Licensee, and derived in whole or in part from the reverse engineering of Xbox or any Microsoft data, code or other material.

  • Projects 3.3.1 Exult Supplier shall perform the impact analysis as described in Section 4.

  • Other Operations The General Partner and its Affiliates shall at all times be free to engage in all aspects of the oil, gas and natural resources business for their own accounts and for the accounts of others.
