Operations Lawful. To the knowledge of SELLER, the conduct of banking business at the Offices is in compliance in all material respects with all federal, state, parish and municipal laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to conduct of such business.
Operations Lawful. To the knowledge of BANK ONE, the conduct of banking business at the Offices is in compliance in all material respects with all federal, state, county and municipal laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to conduct of such business.
