Operative Storage Capacity. The Contractor will be entitled to enjoy, at no extra charge, an operative storage capacity for LNG at the Regasification Plant under the terms and amounts determined in current regulations for access to gas facilities.
Operative Storage Capacity. The Contractor will be entitled to enjoy, at no additional cost whatsoever, an operating storage capacity of natural gas within the transmission and distribution system, in accordance with any terms and quantities imposed from time to time by the law governing access to gas facilities.
