The Operator Assignment clause designates the party responsible for operating or managing a particular asset, service, or project under the agreement. Operator Assignment. Trolley service operators (TSO’s) will be assigned this special service work in accordance with the following rules. ATU and Metro agree that these rules will be used to assign work for all trolley special service operated instead of the Board Rules.
Operator Assignment. This Agreement shall not be assigned by the Operator without the Municipality’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Operator Assignment. (a) The Operator may assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of its rights and interests in:
(i) up to 5% of the Site Licences; or
(ii) 95% or more of the Site Licences, without the prior consent of TowerCo.
(b) The Operator must not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of its rights and interests in between 5% and 95% of the Site Licences without the prior consent of TowerCo, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Operator shall not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided, however, that (a) subject to Article VI of the Omnibus Agreement, Operator may assign this Agreement without such consent in connection with a sale by Operator of the Tank, including by merger, equity sale, asset sale or otherwise, so long as the transferee: (i) agrees to assume all of Operator’s obligations under this Agreement; (ii) is financially and operationally capable of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, which determination shall be made by Operator in its reasonable judgment; and (iii) is not a competitor of Customer, as determined by Customer in good faith; and (b) Operator shall be permitted to make a collateral assignment of this Agreement solely to secure financing for Operator and its Affiliates.
Operator Assignment. As additional collateral security for the observance and performance by Operator of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Agreement, Operator to the extent permissible under applicable law and regulations, hereby transfers, sets over and assigns to Lender all of Operator’s right, title and interest in and to all Licenses and any other agreements or permits of any nature whatsoever now or hereafter obtained or entered into by Operator with respect to the occupancy, use, operation, maintenance and administration of the Mortgaged Property as a Seniors Housing Facility.

Pursuant to Section 1.9030(g) of the FCC Rules, Operator may assign this Agreement to another entity, provided that (in the case of assignments that are not pro-forma) Licensee has consented to such assignment (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned), there is privity between Licensee and the assignee (i.e., the assignee agrees in writing to assume Operator's obligations under this Agreement), and the assignment of the Agreement is approved by the FCC after the parties file an FCC Long Term Lease Application. Pursuant to Section 1.9030(h) of the FCC Rules, Operator may undergo a transfer of control (other than a pro forma transfer of control) during the Term of this Agreement, provided it first obtains FCC consent by filing an FCC Long Term Lease Application. Upon assignment or transfer of this Agreement by Operator pursuant to the foregoing, the assignee or transferee will be solely responsible for the obligations of Operator hereunder and Operator shall be relieved and discharged of all responsibilities, liabilities and obligations. Each party shall be entitled, without the consent of the other party, to undertake a pro forma assignment or transfer of this Agreement, or its rights hereunder, and shall provide notice to the other party and notice to the FCC as required by Sections 1.9030(g) and (h).
