Common use of Operator’s Personnel Clause in Contracts

Operator’s Personnel. Operator shall at all times be responsible for and hold harmless and indemnify Contractor from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character on account of bodily injury, illness or death of Operator’s Personnel or Operator’s invitees or damage to their property.

Operator’s Personnel. Operator shall at all times be responsible for agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Contractor, its officers, directors, employees and indemnify Contractor joint owners from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character on account of for bodily injury, illness death or damage to property, without limit and without regard to the cause or causes of such injury, death or damage or the negligence of any Party or Parties, in favour of Operator’s Personnel employees or Operator’s invitees subcontractors or damage to their propertyemployees, or Operator’s invitees.

Operator shall at all times be responsible for and hold harmless and indemnify Contractor from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character arising in connection herewith in favor of Operator's employees, or Operator's other contractors (excluding Contractor hereunder) or their employees, or Operator's invitees, on account of bodily injury, illness or death of Operator’s Personnel or Operator’s invitees or damage to their property.
