Common use of Operators Clause in Contracts

Operators. If the Contract identifies an Operator, Customer shall provide, at its own expense: (a) all necessary power sources and other support equipment necessary for the Operator to perform the relevant Services; (b) reasonable sleeping and living accommodations for the Operator at the Worksite; (c) an operating environment for the Equipment that complies with the applicable Equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and any applicable laws or regulations; and (d) a safe work environment free of known safety or health hazards. Customer acknowledges that Customer is solely responsible for determining what Services the Operator will provide.
