Operators. 6.10.1. Member agrees to ensure that any operator of the Member’s Participating Vessels fully comply with the obligations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. 6.10.2. Member agrees that the Member is responsible for the actions of Participating Vessel operators that result in a violation of this Agreement.
