Common use of Operatorship Clause in Contracts

Operatorship. To the Company’s Knowledge, no Company Group Member nor any of its Affiliates has received written notice of any pending vote to have any Company Group Member or any of its Affiliates removed as the “operator” under the applicable joint operating agreement, unit agreement or pipeline agreement or operator of record (as registered with the applicable regulatory agency) of any of the Oil and Gas Properties for which any Company Group Member or any of its Affiliates is currently designated as the “operator” under the applicable joint operating agreement, unit agreement or pipeline agreement or operator of record (as registered with the applicable regulatory agency).

To As of the Company’s KnowledgeExecution Date, no neither Sellers nor any member of the Company Group Member nor any of its Affiliates has have received written notice of any pending vote to have any member of the Company Group Member or any of its Affiliates removed as the “operator” under the applicable joint operating agreement, unit agreement or pipeline agreement or operator of record (as registered with the applicable regulatory agency) of any of the Oil and Gas Properties for which any Company Group Member or any of its Affiliates is currently designated as the “operator” under the applicable joint operating agreement, unit agreement or pipeline agreement or operator of record (as registered with the applicable regulatory agency)Properties.
