Common use of Opinion and Reports of the Fund's Independent Accountant Clause in Contracts

Opinion and Reports of the Fund's Independent Accountant. The Sub-Custodian shall take all reasonable actions, as the Custodian may from time to time request, to furnish such information with respect to its activities hereunder as the Fund's independent public accountant may request in connection with the accountant's verification of the Fund's securities and similar investments as required by Rule 17f-2 under the 1940 Act, the preparation of the Fund's registration statement and amendments thereto, the Fund's reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission and with respect to any other requirements of such Commission.
