Common use of Opinion of Allocatee Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Allocatee Counsel. Unless otherwise determined by mutual agreement of the CDFI Fund and the Allocatee, the CDFI Fund shall have received from the counsel for the Allocatee, an acceptable opinion or acceptable opinions, as determined by the CDFI Fund, substantially in the form set forth in Attachment A attached hereto.
