Common use of Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, of Goodmans LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, opinion of Goodmans Hxxxxx Bxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, of Goodmans MxXxxxxx Txxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives Representative shall have received on and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, opinion of Goodmans Davies Xxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters and the Sub-Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives Representative shall have received on and as of the Closing Date an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, opinion of Goodmans Stikeman Elliott LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Underwriters. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date an opinion, addressed to the Underwriters, of Goodmans Xxxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.
