Common use of Opinion of Company’s Independent Accountants Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Company’s Independent Accountants. The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, as the Company may from time to time request, to obtain year to year favorable opinions from the Company’s independent accountants with respect to its activities hereunder in connection with the preparation of amendments to the Company’s registration statement on Form N-2, Form N-CSR or other reports to the SEC and with respect to any other requirements of the SEC.
