Common use of Opinion of Counsel as to Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel as to Supplemental Indenture. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.01, the Bondowner Representative shall be entitled to receive, and shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any Supplemental Indenture executed pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX is authorized and permitted by this Indenture.
