Common use of Opinion of Counsel Conclusive as to Supplements Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel Conclusive as to Supplements. The Collateral Agent is hereby authorized to join with the Companies in the execution of any such supplemental indenture or agreement authorized or permitted by the terms of this Agreement and to make the further agreements and stipulations which may be therein contained, and the Collateral Agent may receive an opinion of independent counsel selected by the Collateral Agent as conclusive evidence that any supplemental agreement executed pursuant to the provisions of this §9 complies with the requirements of this §9.
