Common use of Opinion of Counsel for Depositary Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel for Depositary. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Xxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Counsel for Depositary. At the Closing Time, the Representatives Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated the as of such Closing Time, of Xxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other UnderwritersUnderwriters to the effect substantially as set forth in Exhibit F hereto and to such further effect as counsel for the Underwriters may reasonably request.
