Common use of Opinion of Counsel for Depositary Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel for Depositary. If requested by the Underwriter, the opinion of White & Case LLP, counsel for the Depositary, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(i) hereof.

Opinion of Counsel for Depositary. If requested by the UnderwriterRepresentatives, the opinion of White & Case LLP, counsel for the Depositary, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(i5(g) hereof.
