Common use of Opinion of Counsel for the Depositary Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel for the Depositary. The Representative shall have received on and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion of Xxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, with respect to such matters as the Representative may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.

Opinion of Counsel for the Depositary. The Representative Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion of Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxx, Xxxxx LLP, counsel for the Depositary, with respect to such matters as the Representative may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they Representatives may reasonably request and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to enable them the Representatives to pass upon such mattersthe effect set forth in Annex D-6 hereto.
