Common use of Opinion of Counsel for the Issuers Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel for the Issuers. On the Closing Date the Initial Purchasers shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Issuers, dated as of such Closing Date, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.

Opinion of Counsel for the Issuers. Opinion of Counsel for the Issuers. On the Closing Date the Initial Purchasers shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxxxx Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Issuers, dated as of such Closing Date, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.B.

Xxxxx, Corporate Counsel and Secretary for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date, the form of which is attached as Exhibit B hereto.
