Opinion of Counsel to be Given Debenture Trustee. The Debenture Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.01 and 6.02, may receive an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any consolidation, merger, sale, conveyance, transfer or lease, and any assumption, permitted or required by the terms of this Article X complies with the provisions of this Article X.
