Common use of Opinion of Counsel to Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel to Credit Parties. The Lender shall have received an opinion of counsel to the Credit Parties that is acceptable to the Lender, addressed to the Lender and dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender and covering the matters set forth in Exhibit D to the Agreement (and the Borrower hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinion to such Persons).

Opinion of Counsel to Credit Parties. The Lender shall have received an opinion of counsel to the Credit Parties that is acceptable to the Lender, favorable written opinions (addressed to the Lender and dated the Closing Date) of Lynch, in form and substance satisfactory Brewer, Xxxxxxx & Xxxx, LLP, special counsel to the Lender Credit Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit I annexed hereto and covering the such matters set forth in Exhibit D relating to the Agreement (and Credit Parties, this Agreement, the Borrower other Loan Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinion to such Persons)as the Lender shall reasonably request.
