Common use of Opinion of Counsel to Fund Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel to Fund Guarantors. To the extent not covered in an opinion previously delivered, Administrative Agent shall have received an opinion of counsel for Fund Guarantors customary for a transaction of this type or otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and addressed to Administrative Agent, with respect to the enforceability of the Fund Borrower Guaranty with respect to such Fund Guarantor and Qualified Borrower;
