Common use of Opinion of Counsel to SCO Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel to SCO. Caldera shall have received from Wilsxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xosaxx, Xxofessional Corporation, counsel to SCO and the Contributing Companies, an opinion in the form of Exhibit 7.6 attached hereto, with such assumptions and qualifications as are customary for such opinions.
