Common use of Opinion of Counsel to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel to the Borrower. The Administrative Agent shall have received: (a) an opinion of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, counsel to the Borrower, dated the Effective Date, and in the form of Exhibit D-1; and (b) an opinion of Xxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxxx, special counsel to the Borrower, dated the Effective Date, and in the form of Exhibit D-2.
