Common use of Opinion of Counsel to the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Counsel to the Company. Each Pass Through Trustee and the Loan Trustee shall have received an opinion addressed to it from a Deputy General Counsel, an Associate General Counsel or such other internal counsel to the Company as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Pass Through Trustees, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.

Opinion of Counsel to the Company. Each Pass Through Trustee and the Loan Trustee shall have received (i) an opinion addressed to it from a Deputy General CounselXxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, an Associate Esq., General Counsel of the Company (or such other internal counsel to the Company as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Pass Through Trustees, ) substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.A-1 and (ii) an opinion addressed to it from Debevoise & Xxxxxxxx LLP substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-2.

Opinion of Counsel to the Company. Each such Pass Through Trustee and the Loan Trustee shall have received an opinion addressed to it from a Deputy the General Counsel, an Deputy General Counsel or Associate General Counsel of the Company (or such other internal counsel to the Company as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the such Pass Through TrusteesTrustee), substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.A.
