Common use of Opinion of Depositary Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Depositary Counsel. The Underwriters shall have received an opinion, dated the Closing Date and, with respect to the Option ADSs, the applicable Option Closing Date, satisfactory in form and substance to the Representative and counsel for the Underwriters, of Xxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, addressed to the addressed to the Representative on behalf of itself and the several Underwriters.

Opinion of Depositary Counsel. The Underwriters shall have received an opinion, dated the Closing Date and, with respect to the Option ADSs, the applicable and any Option Closing Date (if such date is other than the Closing Date), reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Representative and counsel for the Underwriters, Representative Counsel of XxxxxExxxx, Xxxxxx & XxxxxxMxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, addressed to the addressed to the Representative on behalf of itself and the several Underwriters., in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Representative and Representative Counsel, as attached here to as Exhibit G.
