OPINION OF FCC COUNSEL TO SELLER. Purchaser shall have been furnished an opinion of Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, FCC counsel for Seller, dated as of the Final Closing and addressed to Purchaser and any financial institution designated by Purchaser in substantially the form of EXHIBIT G attached hereto.
