Common use of Opinion of Fund's Independent Public Accountants Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Fund's Independent Public Accountants. The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, as the Fund may from time to time request, to enable the Fund to obtain from year to year favorable opinions from the Fund's independent public accountants with respect to its activities hereunder in connection with the preparation of the Fund's registration statement and Form N-SAR or other periodic reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission and with respect to any other requirements of such Commission.

The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, as the Fund with respect to a Portfolio may from time to time request, to enable the Fund to obtain from year to year favorable opinions from the Fund's ’s independent public accountants with respect to its activities hereunder in connection with the preparation of the Fund's registration statement and ’s Form N-1A, Form N-CSR, Form N-SAR or other periodic reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC and with respect to any other requirements of such Commissionthereof.
