Opinion of Fund's Independent. Certified Public Accountants - The Subcustodian shall take all reasonable action as a Fund may request to obtain from year to year favorable opinions from the Fund's independent certified public accountants with respect to the Subcustodian's activities hereunder in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Securities and Exchange Commission registration statement and all amendments thereto and the Fund's Form N-SAR or other periodic reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission and with respect to any other requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. 2.30
