Common use of Opinion of Special Aviation Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Special Aviation Counsel. Promptly upon the filing and, where appropriate, recording of the documents specified in 4.01(h)(iii) hereof, pursuant to the Transportation Code the Lessee shall cause Special Aviation Counsel to deliver to the Owner Participant, the Owner Trustee, the Pass Through Trustee and the Indenture Trustee an opinion as to (i) the due recording of such documents and the documents identified in Section 4.01(i) of the Original Participation Agreement and (ii), subject to customary qualifications, the lack of any intervening documents with respect to the Aircraft.
