Common use of Opinion of Special Delaware Counsel for Offerors Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Special Delaware Counsel for Offerors. At the Closing Time, the Underwriter shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Finger P.A., special Delaware counsel for the Offerors, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriter.

Opinion of Special Delaware Counsel for Offerors. At the Closing Time, the Underwriter Underwriters shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of XxxxxxxxRichards, Xxxxxx Layton & Finger Finger, P.A., special Delaware counsel for the OfferorsXxxxxxxx, in form xx xxxm and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the UnderwriterUnderwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
