Common use of Opinion of the Borrower's Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of the Borrower's Counsel. On or prior to the Closing Date, and to the extent required by the Agent at the time of any borrowing or Letter of Credit issuance hereunder, the Agent shall have received the favorable opinion of counsel for Borrowers, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
