Common use of Opinion of the Borrower's Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of the Borrower's Counsel. On or prior to the closing date, and to the extent required by the Lender at the time of any borrowing hereunder, the Lender shall have received the favorable opinion of counsel for Borrower indicating that the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by the Borrower are within its corporate powers and authorized, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
