For the purpose of rendering our opinion, we have examined and are relying upon the truth and accuracy, at all relevant times, of the statements, covenants, representations and warranties contained in the Common Agreements and other transaction and project documents. Any representation or statement in any document upon which we relied that is made “to the best of our knowledge” or otherwise similarly qualified is assumed to be correct.
