Common use of OPINIONS OF COUNSEL DELIVERED UNDER RELATED AGREEMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

OPINIONS OF COUNSEL DELIVERED UNDER RELATED AGREEMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. Administrative Agent and its counsel shall have received copies of the opinions of counsel delivered to the parties under the Related Agreements, the Domestic Loan Documents, the High Yield Note, the High Yield Indenture, the Unsecured Creditor Notes and the Unsecured Creditor Notes Indenture, and Borrowers shall have made reasonable efforts to obtain from each such counsel letters authorizing Lenders to rely on such opinions to the same extent as though such opinions were addressed to Lenders.
