Common use of Opinions of Counsel to Loan Parties Clause in Contracts

Opinions of Counsel to Loan Parties. (i) Lenders shall have received originally executed copies of one or more favorable written opinions of Winston & Strawn, counsel for Loan Parties, in form and substance reasonaxxx xxtisfactory to Administrative Agent and its counsel, dated as of the Closing Date and setting forth substantially the matters in the opinions designated in EXHIBIT X annexed hereto and as to such other matters as Administrative Agent acting on behalf of Lenders may reasonably request (this Credit Agreement constituting a written request by Borrower to such counsel to deliver such opinions to Lenders).
