Common use of Opinions of Counsel to the Loan Parties Clause in Contracts

Opinions of Counsel to the Loan Parties. The Administrative Agent shall have received, on behalf of itself, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders, a favorable written opinion of Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxx LLP, counsel for the Loan Parties (A) dated the Closing Date, (B) addressed to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders, and (C) covering such other matters relating to the Loan Documents as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request and that are customary to cover in transactions of this type, and the Borrower hereby requests such counsel to deliver such opinions.

Opinions of Counsel to the Loan Parties.
