Common use of Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors Clause in Contracts

Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors. Favorable written opinions (addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and dated the Sixth Restatement Effective Date) of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, P.A., counsel for the Obligors, in form and substance consistent with such legal opinions as have been delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement (and each Obligor hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinions to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent).

Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors. Favorable written opinions (addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and dated the Sixth Fifth Restatement Effective Date) of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, P.A., counsel for the Obligors, in form and substance consistent with such legal opinions as have been delivered in connection with the Existing Credit Agreement (and each Obligor hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinions to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent).

Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors. Favorable written opinions (addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and dated the Sixth Restatement Effective Date) of (i) Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, P.A., counsel for the Obligors, in form and substance consistent with such legal opinions as have been delivered satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and (ii) special communications counsel for the Borrower, in connection with form and substance satisfactory to the Existing Credit Agreement Administrative Agent (and each Obligor hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinions to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent).
