Common use of Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors Clause in Contracts

Opinions of Counsel to the Obligors. Favorable written opinions (addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and dated the Fourth Restatement Effective Date) of (i) Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, P.A., counsel for the Obligors, (ii) Pillsbury Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Obligors and (iii) such other counsel of the Obligors reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (and each Obligor hereby instructs such counsel to deliver such opinions to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent).
