Opinions of Counsel to the Trustees. Counsel to the Indenture Trustee shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent an opinion of counsel reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and its counsel, dated as of the 2020 Amendment Closing Date, with respect to such matters as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
