Favorable opinions of counsel to the Credit Parties addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Lenders with respect to the Credit Parties, the Revolving Loan Documents and such other matters as the Revolving Lenders shall request request, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which including, without limitation, favorable opinions of foreign counsel to the Credit Parties or such opinions shall expressly permit reliance by permitted successors other counsel as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and assigns of the addressees thereofRevolving Lenders).
